How can I recover deleted emails?

Webland creates several data backups daily for internal purposes, which we will gladly restore to you if necessary.

A restore is subject to a fee and will be charged according to time and effort (cost Fr. 180.- per hour, estimated effort approx. 30 min).

If you wish a restore of your data, please inform us in an authenticated message.

Procedure for sending an authenticated message:
1. Log in to System Configurator using your customer number and your customer password.

2. Select Customer Account
3. Select Authenticated message

In addition, you would have to tell us from which date and time you want a backup and which email account or folder this concerns.

Note: Because e-mails are normally permanently or frequently retrieved on the customer-side and the data backup is made 1x daily, the probability is relatively great that there were no e-mails on the server at the time of the backup.
