1. Access Backups via FTP
Steps:
Connect using an FTP program
Use the FTP credentials of your hosting.
Navigate to the root directory of your hosting.
Open the directory "/_Backups"
The "_Backups" directory contains all available backups.
Select the desired backup
Backups are clearly labeled by file name (e.g.,
www_backup_2022.02.01).
Download the data
Save the desired backup locally on your computer.
Restore the data
Upload the required files via FTP to the target directory on your web server.
2. Restoration by our Support Team (paid service)
If you prefer our support team to perform the restoration for you, please note the following details:

Send an authenticated message:
Log in to the System Configurator with your customer number and password.
Select Customer Account.
