Hosting:

A hosted web server can be cancelled in writing on the expiration date in each case, subject to the 30-day notice period (based on the applicable contractual provisions according to our GBC - GBC Web Hosting - 4.4. The cancellation period for web hosting subscriptions is 30 days to the expiration date of the web hosting subscription).

Domain:

The registration of a domain name can be cancelled in writing on the expiration date, subject to the 30-day notice period (based on our applicable contractual provisions according to our GBC - GBC Domain Registration - 4.4. The cancellation period is 30 days to the expiration of the requested registration period and/or to end of the extended registration period).
