We recommend that you backup your data locally on a regular basis. You have the possibility to backup your GroupWare data (calendar, tasks, notes, contacts) manually via WebAccess. Proceed as follows:

Backing up your GroupWare data

  1. Log in to WebAccess with your e-mail account and the corresponding password.

  2. Select the passport photo symbol in the menu bar at the top right and then click on Settings.

  3. Select GroupWare from the menu under the Import/Export tab.

  4. Click on the Export button and save the .xml file locally.

Restoring your GroupWare data

  1. Log in to WebAccess with your e-mail account and the corresponding password.

  2. Select the passport photo icon in the top right menu bar and click on Settings.

  3. Select GroupWare from the menu under the Import/Export tab.

  4. Click on the Import button, select the desired locally saved .xml file locally and start the import.

Please note that the export/import of the GroupWare data takes some time depending on the number of entries. Therefore, do not abort the process prematurely, but wait for the confirmation in the browser, which will take place after the successful export/import.
