Do you ordered the hosting with us, you can execute the cancellation via System Configurator:

1. Please log in to the System Configurator with your customer number and your customer password

2. Choose Customer Account

3. Choose Manage subscriptions

4. Choose your hosting and click on Manage

5. Choose Cancellation of subscription

6. Confirm the mentioned consequences

7. For security reasons enter your customer password

8. Choose Submit cancellation
