Thanks to our RealTime activation, you will receive your access credentials, including the RealTime hostname, immediately after completing your order.

Once you have received your access details, you can transfer your website data to the new Webland server. Use your preferred FTP program or our web interface for this process.

After successfully completing your tests, you need to update your domain’s nameserver entries. If you need assistance, we are happy to take care of this for you – free of charge.

Please send us an authenticated message via the System Configurator for this request.

If the domain is registered with an external provider, the name server change must be made with this provider.

Don’t forget to cancel your existing hosting subscription with your current provider in due time to avoid double charges.
