The mailbox size can be adjusted via the System Configurator.
To do this, proceed as follows:
1. Log in to the System Configurator with the customer number and password.
2. Select Hosting / Manage e-mail and select the desired hosting.
3. Navigate to the Email / CloudOffice à Email / CloudOffice accounts tab.
Here you can now see the allocated and available storage:
4. Press the arrow on the far left of the desired account:
5. Under Mailbox size you can see the allocated storage space. Increase this as required by moving the slider to the right while holding down the left mouse button. Then select Save.
If you do not have enough memory available, you can add a CloudOffice account at any time.
CloudOffice Personal: 25GB
CloudOffice Team: 50GB
CloudOffice Team Pro: 1TB
